9 pregnant girls rescued from Another Enugu baby factory by the Police

                            

The Enugu State Police Command on Saturday rescued nine pregnant girls during a raid on a baby factory at the 9th Mile area of the state.  The Police Public Relations Officer of the command, Mr. Ebere Amaraizu, said that the baby factory belonged to Ikechukwu Onoh who ran the baby factory from his home. Onoh was arrested during the raid and the girls are now in Police custody

The ladies were identified as Stella James, 19, from Ohaozara, Ebonyi State; Eze Jennifer, 19, from Obukpa in Nsukka LGA, Enugu State; Ugwu Christabel, 17, a native of Aku, in Igbo-Etiti LGA, Enugu State; Happiness Mbaonu, 17, from Nnewi, Anambra State; and Ovunna Ifeoma, 20, from Ezza, in Ebonyi State, Esther Nwankwo, 21, a native of Nkalagu, in Ebonyi State; Onyedika Agu, 23, of Isuawa, Awgu in Enugu State; Blessing James, 23, from Ohafia, Abia State; and Chibueze Ujunwa, 24, from Aninri LGA, Enugu State.

Omg.. Fatal accident claims 17 lives in Cross River

                                     

Soo Sad.....An 18 seat bus that left a motor park in Calabar, Cross Rivers state enroute Enugu was involved in a fatal accident at Biase Local government in Cross Rivers state yesterday morning June 11th. 17 passengers in the bus died instantly while one passenger and the bus driver survived with serious injuries. The Police arrived the scene where they helped to remove the bodies which they deposited at the mortuary. Quite sad! May their souls rest in peace, Amen. See pics from the scene. Sad!!! Nigerian defender David Oniya dies during football match in Malaysia

A Nigerian defender has died, three minutes into a football match in Malaysia.30 yar old David Faramola Oniya died on Saturday after collapsing on the pitch during a friendly match between his Malaysian club T-Team and Kelantan. He was 30.

According to Local media ,he collapsed three minutes into the match in Kota Bharu and was taken to hospital.T-Team CEO Syahrizan Mohd Zain said Oniya did not receive medical treatment quick enough.
