The president with Abdulsalami Abubakar ,Dangote and members of the National Peace Committee at Aso Villa this evening...They were there to thank him for his statesmanship and for keeping to his word.
Abubakar told journalists,after meeting with the president, they were spell bound when Buhari told them he had already conceded defeat and called him earlier..They had to see president Jonathan to thank him..

OMG!!! PDP official disrupts INEC result announcement...
The PDP party agent at the Collation center in Abuja, Elder Godswill Orubebe is currently staging a protest at the INEC result collation center alleging that Prof Jega has been compromised. According to him, Professor Jega has been selective, partial and is tribalistic. He said APC had written a letter to INEC concerning an alleged rigging in Rivers state which he immediately sent a committee to investigate the issue but that when PDP wrote protest letters on the elections in Katsina, Kaduna and Jigawa, Jega did not send anyone to attend to their protest.

APC Protest In Uyo Demands Cancellation Of Election
APC Uyo chieftains and members of the party are currently on the streets of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State marching towards the INEC office in a peaceful protest insisting INEC is about to announce a rigged election result in the State. The protest is been led by the APC Governorship candidate in the State, Umana Okon Umana and the State APC Chairman, Dr. Amadu Attai. Armed police and soldiers are also fully present in their numbers.

#VoteNotFight... Man shot dead as violence breaks out at INEC office in Bauchi
Graphic pics: The man in the photo below was allegedly shot dead by a soldier this morning at Bauchi's INEC Office after the military tried to gain access into the office. Residents of the state had blocked the military from entering the office as results were being collated and this sparked the violence. The residents had held a vigil outside the INEC office to await the announcement of last Saturday's election when the military showed up. Another man was hit by a stray bullet.

Just like student who wrote exams the whole country is anxiously waiting for the Presidential Election Results The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof. Attahiru Jega has that despite the extension of Saturday’s elections till Sunday in some parts of the country, the results of the presidential election will be announced on Monday (today). Jega gave the assurance on Sunday while giving newsmen an update on the conduct of the polls in Abuja.
He said, “Some people assume that when I said 48 hours( for the release of the results), it starts from the morning the elections commenced. It is 48 hours after elections have ended, like yesterday(Saturday).

According to Daily-mail, Designer model, Pietro Boselli, 26,from Italy, was teaching a mechanical engineering class at University College London when one of his students tried a simple search for his name on Google. After discovering his 6ft 1 in lecturer's Instagram, which has more than 46,000 followers, Arief Azli tweeted: 'That moment when you realise your maths lecturer is a top designer model.'
Other students soon followed suit and posted pictures of him taking classes, with one saying: 'This is why I never miss a class'. Mr Boselli, who has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, was crowned the European Fitness Model Champion in 2014.
Governor Godswill Akpabio and Theodore Orji win their senatorial contests in Saturday's election.
Governor Godswill Akpabio of AkwaIbom state and his Abia state counterpart, Theodore Orji won their Senatorial elections
Gov Akpabio polled a total of 422,009 to defeat APC's Inibehe Okorie who had 15, 152 votes. Gov Orji pulled a total of 46,070 votes to win Ahamdi Nweke of APGA who pulled 10,204 votes. While Governor Akpabio would represent Akwa Ibom north east senatorial district in the next Senate Assembly, Governor Orji would be representing Abia central Senatorial zone.

#NigeriaDecides!!! INEC releases Presidential results from 10 LGs in Ogun state.
As at 2:pm on Sunday March 29th in Abeokuta, APC won seven with wide margin while PDP won the remaining three local government areas. INEC has released results of the Presidential election in 10 local governments in Ogun State.
The local government areas released so far include Obafemi-Owode, Abeokuta North, Odogboolu, Odeda, Imeko-Afon, Sagamu, Ijebu-Ode, Remo-North, Ewekoro, and Ijebu North-East.
The Reason why Boko Haram terrorists killed 25 on election day
Government officials and witnesses from Buratai town said the terrorists opened fire on the people in their sleep; the attack which left 25 people dead and several houses burnt.
A resident of Buratai, Mallam Garba, where Boko Haram terrorists struck in the early hours of Saturday, March 28 in Borno state, told journalists that the sect had sent a message to the people of the town before the election day that they should not participate in the elections.
The attack is believed to be the consequence of their 'disobedience.'

A boat carrying a director in the Ministry of Chieftaincy affairs, Aremo Azeez Adewale, who is also the first son of Olu of Epe, Oba Sefiu Olatunji Adewale and and Muhiz Bello, a local government chairman, APC Epe candidate, capsized this afternoon as the men and others returned from a riverine area in Epe where they had gone to cast their votes. Mourners have thronged the Olu's palace in to sympathize with him.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has extended voting during the Presidential and National Elections to Sunday in problem areas It directed all Resident Electoral Commissioners in the
