"My Wife Always Tears my Boxers to R*pe me!", Man Raises Alarm in Court

A retired soldier, Gafaru Rodoye has raised the alarm about his wife’s penchant for rapi*g him violently every time she wants s*x.

Rodoye made the revelation of his wife’s fetish for rough s*x to an Igando Customary court in Lagos.

He told the court on Tuesday that his wife, Idiat, with whom he had five children in their 20-year old marriage, always ra*ed him.

“My wife always rapes me,” Rodoye said. “She has turned all my boxers to rags to achieve her selfish aim.”

The petitioner said that his wife was in the habit of threatening his life through beating and that he was afraid she might kill him one day.

“I had to run away from my 16-flat building to rent an apartment elsewhere just to avoid her frequent beatings, but she trailed me to my new apartment to fight me.

“I have reported her several times to different police stations, but it did not yield any positive result,” he said.

Gafaru said that his wife poured hot water on the new wife that was brought for him from the village by his family.

He begged the court to end their 20-year old marriage, saying he was no longer in love as his life was in danger.

“Please, separate us before my wife kills me, my life is not safe with her, I am a pensioner, I need to enjoy the fruit of my labour.” he said.

However, 44-year-old Mrs Idiat Rodoye, business woman, denied all the allegations. She said her husband was a womaniser.

“My husband runs after anything in skirt; he always sends me packing from the house whenever he wants to bring in another woman.

“He once sent me out with the children for three years.

“After sending me out, he had married six different women, but none stayed long with him. He will always come back to beg me to pack back,’’ she said.

The mother of five said she never rap*d her husband, that it was normal for husband and wife to make love.

The respondent said that she did not beat her husband, but it was her husband that was always beating her.

Idiat said that her husband removed the plasma television, air conditioner and disconnected the electricity supply from her flat, leaving her and the children in darkness.

She urged the court to grant her husband’s wish that she too was tired of the marriage and no longer in love.

The Court President, Mr Adegboyega Omilola, adjourned the case to April 5 for further hearing.

Prophet Allegedly Rapes His 7-year-old Daughter

An Ogbesun Chief Magistrates’ Court in Benin City, Edo State, on Wednesday ordered the remand of a 41-year-old Prophet, Benjamin Bernard, in prison custody for alleged rape of his seven-year-old daughter.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the Chief Magistrate, Mrs Taiye Omoruyi, refused to admit the cleric to bail.

The prosecutor, Kenneth Ugiagbe, said the pastor committed the incest against his third daughter on January 26, 2016.

The minor, led in evidence by Ugiagbe, told the court that after defiling her, Bernard used a white handkerchief to clean her private parts.

She said her father warned her not to mention it to anyone else, and threatened to kill her if she did.

Bernard pleaded not guilty to the one count of defilement preferred against him. The court adjourned the matter till March 16 for further hearing.

N676m Job Scam : Inmates Shocked To See Abba Moro Among Them Only Months After Visiting Them As A Minister

Inmates at the Kuje prison were shocked to see that the former Minister of Interior, Abba Moro is now one of them, The Nation reports. Many of them were excited and curious to know what led to his detention.

According to a source, the inmates were amazed to see Moro in prison custody barely one year after he visited the facility as the interior minister (oh well).

A source said the former minister was brought to the prison around 12 pm on Monday and made to undergo the standard procedures for inmates.

It would be recalled that, Justice Anwuli Chikere of the Federal High Court, Abuja on Monday remanded the former minister in prison custody over his alleged complicity in a N676million job scam.

However, judge Justice A.I Chikere today granted Moro bail on self recognition. According to her, Moro has been a public servant without any record of criminality and will not jump bail.

She also granted Moro's co-accused named Anastasia Daniel Nwobia and F. O Alayebami bail in the sum of N100 million each with one surety each in like sum. She fixed April 27th for commencement of trial. Moro and three others are standing trial for an 11-count charge bordering on abuse of procurement process and diversion of public funds including N676 million they illegally collected from immigration job applicants.
