Nigerian Transgender Claims she was Jailed in Nigeria for Being Trans

Nigerian model and singer Miss saHHara (who was born male) claimed in an article yesterday to mark the Transgender Day of Remembrance that she was harassed and jailed in Nigeria for being a transgender and even attempted suicide but is now proud and free.

Famous Businesswoman, Mrs Olayinka Obaleye Kidnapped

Famous Osun State business woman, Mrs Olayinka Obaleye has been kidnapped. She was kidnapped Tuesday night in front of her Foam factory, Yinka Oba Foam as she was about leaving the office for her house. The men, who were armed with guns, killed her driver, Alhaji Kamal instantly before whisking Mrs Olayinka away. Her whereabouts is still unknown. But the Commissioner of Police who confirmed the incident have said, investigation into the matter is on-going.

The body of 26 year old Adaobi Michaella Obih (pictured above) was found dead two days ago Nov. 19th at an apartment at Riverstone in Columbus, Indiana. Her death is being investigated as a homicide. A spokesman for the Columbus Police Department said her neighbour, 36 year old Ryan Allen Klug,  (pictured above) is a person of interest in the case. Ryan also lived in the apartment complex but has gone missing since Adaobi's body was found.

An Indian girl of eight is believed to have become the world's youngest person to ever be divorced after leaving her 14-year-old husband. Fatima Mangre was married off at the age of four by her father Anil in Nakhi village, in the Shravasti district of India's northern state of Uttar Pradesh in an arranged marriage with 10-year-old Arjun Bakridi but the marriage was annulled four years later when the boy came to collect his bride and her father Anil said he realised it was wrong to force her to marry at such a young age of four.
