It was the ELOY Awards 2013 last night, and Tonto Dikeh won the best actress of the year award. She got on stage to thank her fans and guests at the awards and later introduced her boyfriend, Michael Awolaja to the crowd, which most people know as Malivelihood. Naija Again!!!! 18yrs Old Nigerian Boy Arrested For Strangling 60-Yrs-Old Italian Woman To Death....

Police in southern Italy have arrested an 18-year-old Nigerian boy on suspicion of murdering a 60-year-old Catherine Susca outside the coastal city of Bari. Catherine was found semi-Unclad with a plastic bag over her head and her skull crushed in her apartment in Torre a Mare. According to investigations, the death of Catherine Susca was caused by the beating she received in the course of the attack, suffocation with a plastic bag dropped on her head and strangulation with a scarf.

President Jonathan Returns To The Country After Visit To The UK

President Goodluck Jonathan who was in the UK for the 15th Meeting of the Honorary International Investor Council (HIIC) has returned back to the country. He arrived Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja today. The president, who fell ill during the short trip, looks agile and answered few questions from news men. He also thanked Nigerians for their solidarity and well wishes while he was away. More after the cut.
