BRUTALITY: 300 Gunmen Storm Village, Terminate 5, Burn 200 Houses In Plateau

Renewed clashes in Plateau have reportedly left 5 persons dead and not less than 200 homes destroyed.The incident occurred yesterday in Kuka village within the Shendam Local Government Area of the state.The violence was attributed to conflicts between the Tarok community in Langtang South Local Government and the Gomai community of Shendam Local Government.

A Niger State magistrate court sitting in Minna, the state capital, has sentenced one Isah Aliyu to five years imprisonment for intending to sell his 9-year-old child for N10m. The 30-year-old man attributed his action to poverty. The incident occurred on November 15 when the buyer, one Mallam Magaji, agreed to buy the child for N7 million.
