Akwa ibom state made history yesterday. the first state to host three heads of states: The president of Nigeria Dr goodluck Ebele Jonathan, the president of Ghana John Dramani Mahama and the President of Cote D'ivore Alassane Drame Ouattara, for the opening ceremony of the magnificient Akwa ibom stadium.

Chief Michael Agbo Idibia, was buried in his country home of Amufu Ejeba community in Enumoga Ehaje, Okpokwu LGA of Benue State. He passed on on the 23rd of  August after a long battle with cancer..May he RIP

I hope to bring you guys close up images of the stadium tomorrow as i don't intend to miss the opening ceremony . Uyo for the opening of a new chapter in the history of sports in Nigeria. Come tomorrow Nov. 7, the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Godwin Akpabio, will lead the government and people of Akwa Ibom state in opening the Akwa Ibom International Stadium aptly nicknamed the Nest of Champions.

You won't believe what this man did to his friend on Facebook I stumbled on an interesting thread. So, this guy who goes by the name Alhaji Arinze posted this pic of his friend on his page on Facebook and wrote 'RIP, gone too soon". Many of his followers joined him in saying RIP until some mutual friends saw the post and let everyone know that the said man is very much alive. Lol. Psycho!!! Man pays Okada rider N5,000 to throw his own baby inside Lagos Lagoon

A man is standing trial for ordering his 3-week old  baby to be assassinated. Prosecution witness, Inspector Simeon Kunamon,  yesterday told a Lagos High Court sitting at Igbosere how a motorcycle rider, popularly known asOkada, Ilaya Peters, was paid N5,000 to murder the baby.

According to Vanguard, he testified that the baby’s father, Moses Joseph, who is attached to Nigerian Navy, Amuwo Odofin, paid the defendant and others at large the said sum to forcibly take the baby from her mother, Gloria Yusuf, at about 1a.m. at her residence at 8, Odofin Close, Ajegunle.

The baby was stolen and thrown into the lagoon in a peak milk cartoon, adding that the deceased baby’s body could not be recovered.
