Dismissed female worker connives with others to rob former employer. A dismissed worker of Tecno phones Nigeria Ltd, Stella Chimezie, has been arrested for conspiring with four men to rob her former employer in Abuja.

Chimezie, along with Abdulazeez Abdulraseed, Okafor Okwudili, Moses Joseph and Peter Akoo, were paraded by the FCT Police Commissioner, Wilson Inalegwu, on Tuesday, for stealing four Tecno phones and seven phone screens valued at N500,000.

According to Punch,Inalegwu explained that Chimezie invited the men to burgle the company office, but the robbers surprisingly attacked and robbed her of her phones and handbag as well.

But in the course of the police investigations, the CP stated that it was discovered that it was Chimezie that invited the suspects to burgle her former employer’s office.
