OJB's interview on his kidney ailment---I went through psychological trauma..

After surviving a kidney transplant, OJB has launched a Kidney Trust Fund, in collaboration with The Bow Tie Club, a non-profit making organization. It is being set up to address the issue of funding of kidney disease treatment.Speaking at the launch, OJB recounted his horrible experience. What was going through my mind was basically what was going through the minds of over 30 millions people that have kidney related problems. Honestly, when you are younger, you don’t think about death.

 Eighteen-year-old Boluwatife Ajadi had been looking forward to enjoying the New Year festivity with her family in peace and happiness, but she spent it in agony on a hospital bed, hanging on to life.

Boluwatife, who finished secondary school in September 2014, fell victim of a vicious attack by a scorned suitor, a young man who had been seeking her hand in a romantic friendship, around 11pm on December 30, 2014.

But the culprit, 21-year-old Sakiru Buari, insisted that Boluwatife was his girlfriend.

The Man who abducted a five-year-old boy from Ogun was nabbed in Abuja .......

The police in Abuja have arrested a suspected kidnapper, Bola Adesina, who allegedly abducted a five-year-old boy from the Sagamu area of Ogun State.

Punch Metro learnt that 31-year-old Adesina was arrested by detectives attached to the Utako Police Division on Christmas Eve of 2014.

It was also learnt that the victim, identified simply as Ahmed, had been missing from home for about a week.
