Charly Boy Oputa has said being married for 37 years has been a blessing and he is still enjoying it.Speaking at the Rotary club of Asokoro District 9125 in Abuja ..He said

It was difficult to find a perfect partner for marriage, “but it is always better to tolerate and endure as nobody is perfect.

“I have been married for 37 years and I must say that, though it is not easy, I am still enjoying it.

“Marriage management requires tolerance, patience and endurance because it is very difficult to find a perfect partner for marriage.When a married partner sees the other as a subject or subordinate, then there is bound to be misunderstanding.’’

He said he had quit alcohol, smoking and do not do drugs or abuse his body anymore, contrary to the perception of many persons in the society.He said..

The Police in Lagos State have recovered the mutilated remains of a man.......

Police find man’s head in Ebute Meta, body in Surulere, identified only as Christmas, which were dumped at two different areas of the state. Punch Metro learnt that the victim’s head was found at Olokodana junction in the Ebute Meta area, while his body was recovered in Alaka, Surulere, on Wednesday.

It was gathered that the identities of Christmas’ killers were, however, yet to be unravelled by the police.A lodger, who was passing by the junction around 7am, was said to have raised the alarm, having discovered the head in a pool of blood.

Our correspondent gathered that two factions of hoodlums in Ebute Meta – Oto and Olokodana gangs – had since 2010, engaged one another in supremacy battle, which had allegedly claimed no fewer than 20 lives.
