Gov.Fayose---Obasanjo has one leg in PDP & Another in APC

       

To mark his 100 days as Governor of Ekiti State,Gov Ayo Fayose opened up on his feelings towards former president Obasanjo and also aired his thoughts on Buhari

I am not saying I am perfect, but people close to me know that I am frank and blunt to a fault. I don’t like hiding behind a finger. The advert is to warn us as a nation to avoid mistakes that we made in the past and which really drove us close to the precipice. The bitter truth that some people may not want to hear is that General Muhammadu Buhari is too old for the assignment some people, for their selfish reasons, want to force on him. I don’t have apology over the advert, it is my personal opinion.

Before the advert, the APC had arranged to fly Buhari out for medical check up. It was even published in a newspapers. But they could not go on with the arrangement because of the advert. Tell me, who is fooling who?. Was it not Obasanjo who said Yar’Adua was hale and hearty in 2007 to rule the country? And the man died mid- way. It is the same Obasanjo that is again branding another old horse. The advert is meant to appeal to sense of reasoning, to avoid pitfall, it is not death wish as my critics termed it.

Why should I apologise? I have nobody to apologise to over the matter. I only expressed my personal opinion and that is guaranteed under the constitution of Nigeria, our dear country

Brave Woman!!! Female Cop Hailed After Disarming 2 Robbers In Lagos

A female police officer, Mercy John, has been hailed after she reportedly disarmed two armed robbers who tried to rob her of her belongings. The officer attached to Provost Office State Police Command Headquarters, Ikeja, Lagos, , was accosted by the robbers at about 6p.m. on Tuesday, 10, February around Egbeda Shasha area of Lagos State, and ordered to lie down.

According to a statement by DSP Ken Nwosu, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, the suspected armed robbers were on a motorcycle when the incident happened.

A Man named Alhaji Kayode B Fashola has been accused of beating his wife blue-black. According to someone in the know who reported this on her Facebook page, Alhaji Fashola is alleged to be a smoker, a drunk and a chronic womaniser who however does not want to see any man near his wife. According to the Facebook report, on this fateful day her husband walked up to her and found a complimentary card on her table and that was how the history of her skin (as seen in the photo above) changed to what you see now. He allegedly locked the door, beat her blue-black to his satisfaction before letting her out. Below is part of what the poster wrote on her Facebook page. Shocking!!! Saudi Arabian Historian says women drive because they don't care if they are raped

A Saudi Arabian historian tried to justify his nation's ban on female drivers by saying that they might get raped if their cars break down. In a recent interview on Saudi Rotana Khalijiyya TV, historian Saleh al-Saadoon said that if a Saudi Arabian's woman's car were to break down she could get raped.

He then went on to say that in countries where women are allowed to drive that women 'don't care' if they are raped the way they do in Saudi Arabia, according to the transcript translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute.

They don't care if they are raped on the roadside, but we do,' al-Saadoon said.

'Hold on. Who told you they don’t care about getting raped on the roadside?' asked the horrified female host 

'It’s no big deal for them beyond the damage to their morale,' al-Saadoon replied'In our case, however, the problem is of a social and religious nature,' he added.

Two other guests on the show also appeared to be in absolute horror but al-saadoon just replied 'listen to me and get used to what society thinks.'
