Delta NBA chairman assasinated

           

The Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ughelli chapter in Delta state has been assassinated. Austin Icheghe was killed yesterday April 16th in front of his home. According to his niece, Egunor Uviesa, who spoke with NAN, unknown gunmen shot the deceased as he was coming down from his car in front of his home at about 9pm yesterday.

Woman shoots & kills man she met on Craigslist for injuring her cervix during S*x

All shades of crazy in the word this days....Police are investigating the shooting death of 25 year old Marteese Williams, (right) who was shot dead by 34 year old Jessica Lewis, (handcuffed), a woman he met on Craigslist who accused him of damaging her cervix during sex.

Florida police say the two connected on Craiglist and agreed to meet for casual sex but something went horribly wrong. According to reports, Jessica told police that after the sex, she felt extreme pain in her cervical area and went to the hospital where she was told that her cervix had been damaged.

OMG!! 20 die from Cholera outbreak in Ebonyi state

God Help Nigeria.....20 people have been confirmed dead from a Cholera outbreak in Ebonyi state. The state Director, Public Health and Disease Control, in the Ministry of Health, Dr Chris Achi, who made this known to newsmen in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state, said seven local government areas namely Ohaukwu, Izzi, Ezza North, Ishielu, Ebonyi, Abakaliki and Ohaozara have recorded the highest number of cases.

Dr Ashi said one student of the Ebonyi State University has died from the epidemic while 9 of them are in the hospital after contracting the disease.

Governor Lamido threathens to Jail Sen.Yusuf over PDP campaign funds

                          

Senator Yusuf, aside from dragging the leadership of PDP in Jigawa State before a Federal High Court in Dutse for defamation and character assassination, also vowed to expose the governor’s activities and release the threat message sent him by the governor.

The governor and PDP had accused Senator Yusuf of diverting the money given him to distribute to the electorate in his constituency to mobilize them to vote for the party, but was angry that the Senator did not only divert the money but also defected to All Progressives Congress, APC.

Governor Lamido’s text message, according to Senator Yusuf, read: “True, I have only five weeks to go, but I will jail you before I go.
