A woman was arrested after she refused to feed her 3-year-old daughter because her partner did not give her any money. Guinerve Valentin, 26, told police:'I don't care, I know she is dying.'

Police were alerted by a manager at Moore Funeral Home Eastlawn Chapel who said a family had complained a body waiting to be interred had been vandalized.
