A 34 year old Man abandons family after wife gives birth to 3rd set of twins

A 34 year old man named Citizen Emeka Benjamin Uche fled his home & remained incommunicado after his wife, Ruth, informed him that her third pregnancy was a set of twins - the couple's third set. A distraught Uche upon hearing the news left their home in Agege in February this year. He hasn't been heard from since then.

The couple welcomed their first set of twin, both girls – Goodness and Goodnews in 2009 and in 2011 welcomed another twins – a boy and a girl, named John and Joyce.

Ruth, who gave birth to the couple's third set of twins, Daniel and Daniella last month, was at the Lagos State Secretariat, Alausa yesterday July 2nd with her six children, to solicit for government's assistance.

A groom has been arrested and his accomplice hunted by Police  in connection with arranging child marriage between a 35-year-old man to a six-year-old. Marriage broker Jamuni Bai, 51, is known for arranging marriages with child brides for a fee of around £350, say police in Rajasthan, India. And now images have surfaced showing the shocking marriage of a 35-year-old man to a six-year-old girl at which he's thought to have been one of five witnesses. It's thought the wedding took place on June 23 in a secret village temple ceremony. Groom Ratan Lal Jat is an elected member of the village council of Gangrar, and one of the witnesses he had as a guest was said to be marriage broker Bai.

Lal Jat was already in a relationship with a married woman, so the wedding is to fulfill Nata Pratha, an ancient local custom which dictates that a man can have a live-in relationship with a married woman as long as he pays money to her so he can move in with her.

Ex-Benue governor Suswam reportedly arrested by UK police for assualting wife

According to new reports, the former governor of Benue State Mr. Gabriel Suswam was last week arrested in London for battery charges. He was reportedly booked by Metropolitan Police Domestic Violence Officers for several hours and was only released after paying a £5000 bail bound ... His arrest came after Police received a distressed 999 call from his wife Yemisi the former first lady of Benue state.
