Meet John Okafor he was apprehended on expressway with N48m in cash

                        

25-year-old John Okafor was arrested by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency for being in possession of N48m cash. It was learnt that the suspect was apprehended with the money on the Abaji-Abuja Expressway on Monday by the anti-narcotic officials who were on a routine patrol. He was said to be one of the  the passengers of a commercial bus coming from Onitsha, Anambra State, when he was arrested.

Okafor insisted that the money belonged to an unnamed bureau de change firm in Onitsha, that he was an employee of the firm. He said he was heading for the foreign exchange market in the Federal Capital Territory to convert the sum to dollars when he was arrested.

Wooow so Young!!! Five Star Music artist Skiibii, 22, collapses and dies in his home this morning

This is so sad! Fast rising music artist Skiibii Mayana, who was signed to Five Star Music label, has died. Skiibii collapsed in his sitting room this morning and before help could come to him, he died. Right now, nobody knows the cause of death. Just yesterday, Skiibii and label mate Harrysong were at different radio stations promoting their music  He was actually dressed to go out when he collapsed and died. I have a photo from the scene but I'll leave it alone. Skiibii was just 22 years old. May his soul rest in peace, amen.

RIP !!! Photo of the pilot and co-pilot that died in the Lagos helicopter crash

Captain Joseph Wyatt  (left) from Oklahoma, USA and First Officer Peter Bello (right), were the pilot and co-pilot of the Bristow Helicopter that crashed yesterday. Both men died. According to a statement signed by Bristow’s Regional Director Africa, Duncan Moore, ​Captain Wyatt, joined the company in 2006 and has spent his entire career flying with Bristow Helicopters out of Africa.

Policeman who allegedly brutalized an Okada gets his pants dragged down

A reader who witnessed the incident today sent the photos in. He said the policeman from Iyana-Isashi seized the Okada man's bike for reasons he doesn't know and when the Okada man challenged him, he police man proceeded to beat him up. And then the Okada man held onto his pants and refused to let it go forcing the policeman to call for reinforcement...but not before the Okada man dragged his pants down. 

An 11yr old Paraguayan girl who was raped by her step father gives birth

                  

11 year old Paraguayan girl who was raped by her 42 year old step father identified as Gilberto Benitez Zárate, gave birth to a baby girl at a Paraguayan hospital today August 13th. Gilberto who is married to the girl's mother, ran after what he did to the young girl was made pubic. He was later arrested and on interrogation, denied raping the girl and demanded a DNA test.

News of her rape gained international attention after she was discovered in May to be pregnant at age 10 and was refused to be granted an abortion by the Paraguyan government

Paraguay has one of the strongest laws against abortion in the world. Amnesty international and some other rights organization had called for the termination of the pregnancy of the little girl because of the psychological trauma she will undergo but the Paraguayan government maintained their stand, saying the 11 year old girl will be given the much needed attention for her to give birth normally.

A twisted Carer who filmed herself s*xually abusing elderly residents arrested and jailed

                         

Carer gained pleasure from filming herself sexually assaulting 3 elderly and vulnerable patients at a care home and sending the clips to her boyfriend. Christina Sethi, 25, deliberately targeted victims suffering from dementia, the oldest of which was 101, who would not be able to remember what had been done to them.

She was initially charged with using a vibrator on one woman and fondling the genitalia and breast of another. But it later emerged she had also deliberately targeted a man in his 80s who was also a resident at the South Devon care home which cannot be named for legal reasons. One of her victims has since died.
