 Ruqayyat Tijani Usman, pictured below, lost her civil service job with the Nasarawa State government Ministry of Justice on Thursday after she blasted them on Facebook and the government got to know about it.  She took to Twitter last night to break the news.

Ruqqayat had gotten furious when news broke that her close friend who was a medical doctor named Ibrahim Oshafu at Dalhatu Specialist Hospital (DASH) Lafia, Nassarawa state was confirmed dead after treating a patient with Lassa Fever.

DASH is the only specialist hospital owned by the Nassarawa state government.

At that time also, organised Labour in Nasarawa was on industrial action over non payment of salaries, half payment of salaries to local government workers and non payment of staff benefits.
