Police Release Man Arrested For Marrying Wife Without Her Parents' Permission

The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, Mr. Fatai Owoseni, yesterday ordered the immediate release of Ugo Madugba.

Madugba was arrested by policemen attached to the Dolphin Police Division in Ikoyi for marrying his 28-year-old wife without the express approval of her parents. Read here

Madugba’s wife, Nono Orji, who is a medical doctor, had said in a Facebook post on Thursday that her husband was arrested on the orders of her parents who have been against their marriage from day one.

She said, “The Nigerian Police in Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi just arrested an innocent 30-year-old man called Ugo Madugba for an offence of marriage. Marriage has become a crime in Nigeria according to Dolphin police station in Ikoyi. Mr Ugo got married to Dr Nono a 28 year old medical Doctor.

“Her father has been very distraught about it and has used the police to threaten the young couple to the extent of arresting all those who acted as witnesses to the marriage who are now in custody.”

However, following a report by The PUNCH, the police boss immediately ordered the release of the victim.

Madugba, who confirmed his release to our correspondent said, “I have been released and I am very grateful.

On a side note, when I called him yesterday after his release, I advised him to try to settle things with his in-laws and seek peace, and sounding very bitter, his response was "how can you seek peace when the other person has no interest in peace?"

'How I saved Ibinabo Fiberesima's Life On the Night Of the Accident' - Eye Witness Reveals

An eye witness of the auto crash involving Ibnabo Fiberesima which led to the death Dr Giwa has given an account of how he saved Ibinabo on the night of the accident.

The eyewitness spoke to Charles Novia and was posted on his website

Read Below...

Nollywood has been in a state of understandable inertia since the news came out of the blues that Ibinabo Fiberesima lost her case at the Appeal Court in Lagos and was sent straight to Prison on Friday the 11th of March 2016.

A lot of people thought that the case was done with long ago and we were surprised that it had cropped up again with the implications of a five year jail term for Ibinabo.
And the reactions thus far have not been in anyway hostile to the Court’s judgement. Not at all. The industry is enlightened enough to bow to the ruling of the law and respect it as it behoves on everyone. The collective shock expressed is because Ibinabo is a beautiful soul. She’s one of us. And one for all and all for one.

With opinions divided in the public sphere over the judgement, it has been saddening to read uninformed comments by lots of people about the case and some vitriol on the person of Ibinabo by many who don’t even know her. Of course, everyone would have an opinion and that cannot be taken from anyone. But such terms which ring of untruths that ‘she was drunk that night and coming from a night club’ or ‘she killed someone’ are absolutely untrue. It’s quite sad that we have no investigative journalists anymore or that truth these days battle with coloured lies and no one does anything about it.

In the past few days, Nollywood and Entertainment chat groups on whatsapp  ( and there are many but credible ones I belong to) have been brainstorming on what next to do in this case. The law is the law and of course it is a possibility that Ibinabo would be behind bars for some time while everyone make efforts to take the next legal options to help her. But the entertainment industry has never been this united in showing sympathy and solidarity for one of us.unprecedented.  And so with chat groups proferring ideas on what to do next ( with high profile celebrity visits already carried out to Kirikiri to reassure Ibinabo by over fifty celebrities on Sunday the 13th of March) someone sent a munched shot of the instagram page of the daughter of the late Doctor Giwa who was reacting to Ibinabo’s son’s public plea for prayers for his mother. The munched shot showed that the daughter was understandably bitter and pained by her father’s death but to many who read it in the chat group, it betrayed a lack of the real facts and had a one – sided narrative which accused Ibinabo of ‘being drunk from a night club outing’ and ‘running away from the scene of the accident’ after it happened. I also read the open letter of the sister of late Doctor who understandably gave an emotionally – charged one-sided narrative of what she believes happened and ended her letter by applauding the Justice system for vindicating her understandable anger towards Ibinabo for the past eleven years.

There’s a saying in Pidgin English which says ‘na talk dey bring talk’ and what happened thereafter this week is the stuff movies are made of. No pun intended. It was totally unexpected.
One of the most important personalities in Nollywood in the chat group, obviously distressed at the wrong notion about Ibinabo by the deceased daughter blurted out that ‘you know, Guys? There are facts of the case which I know and which haven’t come to light all these years. My brother was an eye witness and saw all what happened that night’

The reaction was one of stunned questions. And immediately, I made the decision to interview the eye witness to find out what he really saw and what it was that happened which the public may not have heard these years. I decided to do this as a public service responsibility first and also to put whatever the new facts are in the public domain for posterity to prove or dispel. And if these new revelations would help heal wounds and bring about a new dawn of forgiveness and understanding, then so be it.

I got the number of the eye witness from his sister in the chat room and called him. Now, let me state here that this is no fiction. This fellow is real and is willing to expose himself to the public anytime to state what he saw. I have decided not to put his surname out ( even though he says he doesn’t mind) at this point in time but that doesn’t detract from the real facts of this story.

‘Good afternoon, Mr De Gaulle. Your sister gave me your number to call you to find out what happened that night. My name is Charles Novia’ I said, when he answered, my pen and recorder ready.

‘Oh ok. Yes, she told me you would call. My name is De Gaulle ( surname protected by me) You see, I’m ready to come out to testify or say whatever happened that night of the accident because it happened in my presence. I witnessed it and saw everything. We were many who saw what happened that evening and I assumed that others might have told the world what really went down but I’m surprised to read so many untrue things about what happened at the scene of the accident that evening’ He said.

‘Please go ahead, Sir. I’m taking notes and recording’ I said
‘ Ok. I saw Ibinabo a few years ago ( about six years ago) in Port Harcourt at a restaurant called Gessy ( or Jessy?). She was with some of your colleagues and my sister was there too. I told my sister that ‘Hey! That’s that girl whom I helped at the scene of the accident years ago’. My sister was surprised and called Ibinabo to meet me. And when I told her what I’m about to tell you, she was surprised and quiet for a long time.
That evening, what happened was that the Doctor’s car was coming from the Victoria Island axis of the first Lekki Roundabout which leads into the Lekki Phase One Estate, while another SUV which was being driven by Ibinabo was coming out from the estate, if I remember correctly. I cannot tell who was speeding or what but we heard a loud crash and then I think the doctors car somersaulted while the other car driven by Ibinabo was flung a few metres to the other side.
‘Was it midnight or late at night?’ I asked
‘No!’ Mr De Gaulle replied with much emphasis. ‘ It was early evening. There was still the last trace of evening light. It might have been just before seven o’clock or after seven. But it wasn’t late.

So what happened was that the Doctor’s car was upside down and somehow his hand was crushed and he was trapped in the car. Immediately a few Area Boys and bystanders rushed to him to try and help him out of the crushed car. I quickly parked my car and came out to help as I rushed to the doctors car. A few other cars stopped as well.

I noticed that the other car was motionless and no one really was paying much attention  to that car. What got my attention was the special number plates on the car which read ‘ DANIEL WILSON’  a popular musician in the nineties in Nigeria.

When I got to the doctor’s car, the area boys and bystanders were gathered round the car and were trying to help the man out of the car in the upturned vehicle. At that point, the man was very much alive. I swear he was alive and groaning but he was alive. His arm was crushed or underpinned by the impact of the car and I still think that it was the inexperience of the area boys and bystanders in trying to pull the man out of the car, which killed him faster.

I am sorry to say that but that is my belief because of what I saw. The people who gathered round that car may have meant well but they were also callous in responding to the emergency and were dragging at the man, trying to pull him from the crushed car.
The doctor kept crying out  ( and I heard everything clearly because I saw it and was even telling the crowd to be gentle) and was shouting ‘ No! Take it easy! I’m a doctor. Don’t pull me like that. Easy!’. I heard everything.

At this time, all attention was on the doctor. And I heard someone in the crowd say that if anything happened to the man, they would make sure the occupant in the other car suffers.

Immediately I heard that, I went to the other car because I thought it was Daniel Wilson involved from the number plates. I was surprised to see a fair-skinned lady behind the wheel, unconscious and still.  There was another lady in the car with her in the front seat. I think it was a young lady of about sixteen years or a teenager. That young lady was weeping and shaking.

After hearing what the guys at the other side had said about  the occupant of the car, my first instinct was to get them to safety or to the hospital. I asked the young lady ‘ is there anyone you can call to take you people to the hospital? You and this woman have to leave this place now and get to a hospital’
I helped stop a taxi and helped carry the unconscious Ibinabo to the car and the taxi took them away.

Then I now returned to the other car of the late Doctor. When I got there, another set of cars full of some doctors had arrived the scene. The doctors said they were coming from some kind of meeting or event near the beach or somewhere near if I remember and that the bleeding occupant of the car was their colleague whom they had seen earlier.
By the time I got back, the car had been turned to a standing position but I believe it was too late for the injured person in that car at that point.’

‘ So you say the doctor in the car was alive when the accident happened?’ I asked.
‘ He was. There was no immediate emergency care to help him from competent medical personnel as what would obtain today and the crowd tried to help him out and he was calling out in pain. It was sad and painful. So when I saw Ibinabo a couple of years later in Port-Harcourt and told her that I was the person who removed her from the car and put her in a taxi, she was speechless and quaky. She too could have died that evening. She didn’t run away from the scene of the accident at all. I was the person who put her in a taxi to a hospital ‘
‘Why did it take you such a long time to come out to tell this story?’ I asked
‘ I have been in and out of Nigeria these past ten years. And I actually thought too that the case was done with all this while. I was surprised to hear that she was just sent to jail. Look, it was an unfortunate thing which happened. And I am ready at anytime, ANYTIME if I am called upon to testify on what I saw. It happened before my eyes. If my testimony would help put facts straight, I am ready’.

I got in touch with Daniel Wison who corroborated that Ibinabo drove his SUV that night in question. ‘She’s my sister. We are from the same state and local government. It was the week of my mother’s burial and Ibinabo had come from Port-Harcourt to help me with the burial. She was wonderful and really supportive. That day, she needed the car to get to somewhere on the island and I asked her to pick any from the pool of cars in my compound. I was surprised when I got a call a couple of hours later that there was an accident. I rushed to the hospital, St Nicholas, and she was unconscious. But when she came out of it, she was delirious and traumatised. She was shaky. Look Charles, Ibinabo is a gentle soul. It was unfortunate that the accident happen but it was not intentional in anyway. And we have been begging the family of the late doctor. Who said we haven’t begged? I personally, made numerous visits to the house to see the widow and elders of the family. We attended the burial of the doctor. I was there. We begged and begged. Not because we think begging could bring the man back but just because it’s human nature to forgive. So, it’s not true that we remained aloof’ Daniel concluded.

It’s been much of a nagging battle for me to decide if I should put out this story or not. The initial hesitation was borne out of the fact that many people would misconstrue the new testimony as somewhat of a convenient revelation just to help a colleague, seeing that we are in the same industry.

But at the end of my internal consideration, a part of me decided to put it out anyway. First, to record a new chronicle of the whole sad accident which millions, including me, never knew happened. It’s better to be on the side of history which stands for true reportage of events in this case. And since Mr De Gaulle is very willing to give his account to any reporter or law enforcement agent for some measure of revision, I am prepared too to give out his number to members of the fourth estate of the realm and even the late doctor’s family to find out more from the fellow himself.

Finally, I have always maintained that we all are bound by the laws of our society. Ibinabo is serving a sentence passed by a law court and we respect that. We sympathise with her and as an industry would share the comfort between her and the family of the late Doctor.

But the final closure of this matter, beyond the law and prison sentence she would serve, rests on the family of the late Dr Giwa really. Now that there is a final vindication, as gleamed from the letter by the late doctor’s  sister, what happens after Ibinabo serves her sentence? Would the family carry the hurt till the end of time?
A platform for reconciliation and forgiveness has to be set in motion. This is not just about the law now but about healing. Healing. Healing for all parties.

Seriously! Over 5000 Well-wishers Gather to Watch Two Dogs Tie The Knot(Photos)

Still think a canine wedding is bizarre, then consider that it was no puppy affair with over 5000 guests in attendance complete with all the trappings of a traditional Hindu wedding. The unusual ceremony was held in the village of Parawa, in the northern-Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The groom, Shagun, and his bitch, Shaguniya, were dressed in children's clothes and said their vows on a purpose-built podium to raucous cheers from the crowd.

Jung, the father of the bitch, said: 'I raised her like my own daughter. Today, I am giving her hand in marriage to Shagun. I wish the couple a happy married life together.'
Excited guests danced to music played by an orchestra and traditional Indian cuisine was served to hungry revellers.

Jung gave Shaguniya a tearful send off as his beloved pet departed in the car with the groom.
Guests said the unusual ceremony was a 'historic one', which demonstrated Indian society's love for their dogs. See more photos below...

Rugby Player Needed 11 Stitches to Repair Torn Pen*s he Suffered on The Pitch

In one of sport's most bizarre injuries ever, 23-year-old Haydn Peacock who plays for French team AS Carcassonne suffered a torn penis during a match in February.
He posted a dramatic photo of him being pulled down by his privates as he screamed in agony during a February match against St Esteve Catalans Dragons. He didn't even know at the time that he had suffered a tear until he got to the locker room.

He said: "The pain was all right and then at halftime I was like, I’ve got to have a look, I checked on it and the skin is half ripped off and I was like, ‘Shit, where’s the doctor? Where’s the doctor?’ "
The doctor sent him to a clinic that night to be treated. Peacock showed his teammates the damage to laughs all around and said he had to "strap it up" for the next game.

"#rugbyleague is definitely not a sport I recommend," he wrote in an Instagram post featuring the photo. "11 stitches later for the little fella but she'll be right." He could play with a protective cup in order to avoid such injuries but he says it impedes his ability to run.

Peter Okoye’s New Manager Denies P-Square's Break up

Following the news making the rounds that Nigeria’s RnB stars, Peter and Paul Okoye of the P-Square fame have finally gone their separate ways, the former’s  new manager, Olatunde Michael has refuted the rumour, insisting that the singing twins are still together despite the odds.

Olatunde  made this startling disclosure, while in a chat with WG.
“Peter is still very much with his brother,  Changing his name to Mr.P has nothing to do
with breaking up with his twin  brother or going solo,”Olatunde hinted.
Meanwhile, the duo’s publicist, Bayo Adetu was unable to confirm the news, stating that “there is no official statement to that effect, at least for now.”

Recent events indicate that all is not well with the Okoye brothers. Earlier in the week. Peter unveiled his new management team and equally released his solo single,  ‘Look into my Eyes‘ under his new stage name, ‘Mr P‘.  His twin brother, Paul  who is now called Rudeboy equally released his own debut single titled, “ Call heaven”, where  he lamented the death of their parents and how it has affected the once enviable musical group.

Jailed Actress, Ibinabo Fiberisima's Bail Application Suffers Setback

Nollywood actress and former beauty queen Ibinabo Fiberesima, who is currently serving a five-year jail term for manslaughter, was denied bail today by the Court of Appeal in Lagos.
Even after one Victor Eden, in a six-paragraph affidavit of urgency stated that Ms. Fiberesima is currently recovering from a breast tumor-removal surgery and requires medical attention.

Victor had said:
“Her wound has not fully healed and as such she is afraid that her continued stay in prison may endanger her life, as she will not have access to special medical attention.''

The deponent stated further that it would be in the interest of justice and for her health to admit Ms. Fiberesima to bail pending the hearing and determination of her appeal to the Supreme Court.

Ibinabo was sentenced by Justice Deborah Oluwayemi of a Lagos High Court, for reckless driving and causing death. She was alleged to have recklessly driven a car which resulted in an accident along the Lekki-Epe expressway, Lagos, causing the death of one Giwa Suraj. The deceased was said to be a staff of a Lagos State government hospital.

Today, the three-man panel of judges, headed by Justice U.I. Ndukwe-Anyanwu, ruled that Ibinabo's bail application was incomplete, as she failed to attach to her application, copies of the judgment affirming the five-year jail sentence imposed on her by a Lagos High Court.

Presiding Justice Ndukwe-Anyanwu said the only option left was to strike out the application or adjourn it to a further date for a hearing.

Consequently, Nnaemeka Amaechina, Ms. Fiberesima's counsel, asked for an adjournment to enable him to correct the bail application. The court subsequently adjourned the matter to April 7.

Meanwhile, Ms. Fiberesima asked the Supreme Court to set aside the judgement of the lower court that was affirmed by the appellate court.

In her notice of appeal, she stated that the Court of Appeal erred when it affirmed the alteration by the High Court of Lagos State by setting aside the option of a N100,000 fine and substituting it with a prison term of five years.

The appellant further stated that the Court of Appeal erred when it affirmed the interference by the High Court with the exercise of discretion by the Magistrate's Court.

Ms. Fiberesima added that the judgment of the Court of Appeal was unreasonable and could not be supported, with regard to the evidence presented before the court.

"Even 5 Years Can't Bring Back The Deceased" - Actress Grace Amah Pleads For Ibinabo Fiberesima to be Pardoned

Following the conviction of Ibinabo Fiberesima, several celebrities has made a case for her.

They believe that rather than imprison her, she should be made to cater for the needs of the Dr. Suraj Giwa's Family who died 10 years ago in an auto crash involving Ibinabo.

However, a lot people also believe that she deserves what she got and should pay for her crime.

Actress, Grace Amah has joined other celebrities pleading for the forgiveness of Ibinabo

Read what she wrote below...

Those who want Ibinabo in jail are those who have been dwarfed by her intimidating credentials and humanitarian services. It may be argued that the law has taken its course, yes. So it seems, but that is the law of man. Daniel was put in prison as recorded in the Scripture bcos King Darius was convinced that he should be put to death. God visited Daniel in prison and released him. Peter was put into prison by Herod and was bound in between by two soldiers, and behold an Angel of the Lord appeared and struck the cell with lightening and the chains on him fell and he was released. All this indicates that the law of God is more and stronger than the law of man. The family of Dr. Suraj may have got reprieve by the judgement of the Court, but better reprieve will be that of peace between Ibinabo and Suraj family.

What was needed ab initio was an understanding where Mrs Ibinabo takes over some responsibilities for the family of the deceased through providing resources or scholarship for one or two children of the deceased and some form help to the widow. That is still an opening that could be accessed. Even 5 years imprisonment can never bring back the deceased. The civil law may have be fulfilled but by the judgement and imprisonment of Ibinabo, but in our human relations, there remains a permanent emotional and psychological scar. What is the way forward; let the family of Dr. Suraj find reason to go further than legal satisfaction.

It is Ibinabo Fiberesima today, who knows the next tomorrow? Let us note also that as celebrities we have to be very careful and learn from this because It shows also that the law neither respect persons nor status and perhaps Nigeria is becoming a nation where people still have hope in the legal process to obtain justice no matter how long. This matter is certainly beyond politics of AGN and personality conflict #ISTAND4IB #PRAY4IB #PRAY4GIWASFAMILY #GODBLESSNIGERIA

Shame : Newspaper Publishes Photos of Senator Having S*x With a Prostit*te(See Photos)

The Ugandan Red Paper Newspapers has published photos of senator Ayena Odongo screen grabbed from an anonymously leaked video that is making all rounds on social media, the old Member of Parliament shows off his extremely immodest sexual behaviour while appearing completely nude in various sex scenes with one unidentified woman.

The video, which runs for almost 20 minutes, shows the legislator exhibiting all kinds of s*x styles.

Ayena Odongo later sued the Red Pepper publication to court for allegedly defaming him when they published nude photos of him while in intimacy relationship with a woman.

According to court records, the Red Pepper published photos depicting MP Ayena having sexual relations with a female in what is clearly a private setting, where peeping Toms, snoops and voyeurs can't be.

The MP's wife Hilda Marris Ayena, is a joint complainant in the case that was filed before the High Court in Kampala yesterday.

She states that regardless of what her husband did, the tabloid newspaper had no right to publish his photos given the private nature of the actions depicted therein and that they were not worthy at all to be published.

In her affidavit, Hilda states that the publication never obtained his consent before running them.

“The respondent (Red Pepper) had no other intention but to unjustly enrich itself by serving prurient interests while embarrassing my husband and causing distress, humiliation, anguish and pain to (the) family,” reads Hilda's affidavit in support of her husband's suit.

Adding: “the impugned publications have exposed my husband, our children and me to all manner of indignity, stigma and ridicule from sections of society who can identify us in connection with the publications.”

Mrs Ayena says in the affidavit that she has received numerous phone calls and judgmental glances from neighbours and other people with whom they have hitherto freely interacted.

The Ayenas, through Centre for Legal Aid, want court to order the tabloids to stop publishing more of such nude and private pictures and that they should be compensated with Shilling five billion in punitive damages.

They also want court to order the Red Pepper and its sister publications to run an apology in the same ‘frequency' and ‘prominence' that they gave the photos.

Courtditors had by press time not summoned the e of Red Pepper and its sister tabloids to file in their defense before the case can be fixed for hearing.

APC Lists 24 Sins Committed by Ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Nyesom Wike, PDP in Rivers State(Read)

Ahead of the state's Saturday March 19th rerun election for the state house of assembly members, House of Representatives and Senate members, APC in Rivers state has listed 24 sins committed by former Nigerian president, Goodluck Jonathan, the incumbent governor of the state, Nyesom Wike and their political party, PDP against the people of the state, urging the electorates to vote against PDP during the elections.

The list of the 24 sins allegedly committed is contained in a statement issued by the party's state chairman, Davies Ikanya, in Port Harcourt, the state capital on Wednesday March 16th. Read the full list below ...

1. President Jonathan failed to muster the courage and political will in a PDP-controlled National Assembly to see to the passage of the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) in the over six years of his administration to demonstrate his hatred for the Niger Delta region knowing that communities in Rivers State will benefit from the bill.

2 The East/West Road, especially Eleme-Onne axis in Rivers State, was not only abandoned but was a nightmare to travellers and commuters.
3 Bodo-Bonny Federal Road was completely abandoned just because it is situated in Rivers State.

4. Refusal to refund to the State Government over 90 billion naira used in the dualisation of Ikwerre-Owerri Road approved by late President Yar’Adua and other Federal Roads in the State executed by the State to ease the sufferings of the people of Rivers State.

5. Wickedly stopped Train 7 at NLNG Bonny and the loss of jobs to our people and revenue to Government.

6 Non-implementation of UNEP Report on the clean-up of Ogoni land despite all the pleas by our people and the International Community – just to punish the Ogonis and Rivers State irrespective of their overwhelming support for him during the 2011 elections.

7 Lack of any visible Federal Government project in Rivers State throughout his over six years as President of Nigeria. Instructively, of all the states Dr Jonathan has visited in the course of his re-election campaign, it was only in Rivers that he could not name a single development project he initiated, not to talk of executing.

8. Ceding of oil wells belonging to Rivers to Bayelsa and Abia states to ensure that the revenue accruing to the State was reduced to nothing.

9. Abandoned construction of the Port Harcourt International Airport after completing other airports started at the same time with it. The airport has thus become an eyesore and the worst airport in the entire world. Pictures of the current state of the Airport attached explain the level of hatred Dr Jonathan has for Rivers State and her people.

10. Turning the Port Harcourt axis of Enugu-Port Harcourt Express Road into a death trap. The pictures attached of the bad state of the road explain everything.

11. Posting and encouraging the excesses of the tyrannical Police Commissioner Joseph Mbu during his inglorious days in the State.

12. Supporting the impunity of daily killing, maiming of members of Rivers APC by the Police under the watch of Dan Barure then Commissioner of Police of the State.

13. Supporting every imaginable act of impunity in the State, including the plot by five State Assembly members to impeach the Speaker in a House of 31 members.

14. Seizing and grounding the planes of the State for no just cause.

15. Harassing and intimidating the then Governor of Rivers State (Rt. Hon. Amaechi) for no just cause and even supporting the splitting of the Governors Forum into two just to ensure that Governor Amaechi, who was duly elected by his colleagues, does not have an easy reign as the Chairman of the Forum.

16. Refusal to allow the then Governor of the state to construct the Federal Road that leads to the Kalabari Kingdom just to ensure that during the rainy season the Kalabaris will not have a road to their place.

17..Refusal to refund the State the money used to construct the smooth, beautiful dual carriageway from Omerelu to Port Harcourt – particularly up to the Airport Junction from Owerri in Imo State, which the Federal Government abandoned just because Rivers State people ply that road.
18. Refusal to refund the money used by Rivers State to construct the Ahoada/Elele Alimini Federal Road and the interchange (Flyover) at Obiri Ikwerre.

19. Refusal to attend to the poor state of the Onne – Port Harcourt component of the East/West Road. This is the road that services the Port Harcourt Refinery from where petroleum products are supplied to the South East and parts of the South South. That is the road that leads to the Onne Free Zone and to Okrika, the home Local Government of Dame Patience Jonathan, Nigeria’s former First Lady.

20. Turning a blind eye while his party continues to kill, bomb and disrupt APC rallies.

21. Against the spirit of equity, unity, justice and fair play, Dr Jonathan and his wife, Damee patience Jonathan imposed Chief Nyesome Wike a cancellous fellow from the Ikwerre tribe as PDP candidate and Governor of Rivers State, knowing very well that the former Governor, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, was also of Ikwerre extraction and that with Chief Wike as Governor that the Ikwerre tribe will governed Rivers State for 16 years to the detriment of other tribes and sections of the State. This shows that Dr Jonathan and his son and unjust party do not wish Rivers State any good.
