By next year 2015 the Niger Delta Amnesty programme would have ran its Five year foundation according to plan at the inception of the programme. Mr. Lawrence Pepple the head of Re-integration Department (office of the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta) in a recent interview talked about the journey so far since 2009 when the programme was flagged off.
