Heartbroken Teacher--- How I lost my Wife,Daughter & Sister-inlaw in the Jos Bomb Blast

OMG people are going through hell in this country. Mr. Chris Ishe, a teacher at Kent Academy, Miango, Plateau State,lost his wife,daughter and sister-in-law to the Jos Bomb Blast on 20th of May..He told Punch his touching story. That morning, we all woke up quite early to have morning devotion. My wife then said she was going to visit an uncle at the old Jos Teaching Hospital. At around 8am, I said goodbye to my family and headed for the office. Later that day, at round 5pm, I got a call informing me about the bomb blasts in Jos. The first thought that crossed my mind was ‘my wife is in Jos.’ Immediately, I started dialling her number but it didn’t go through, I also tried that of my sister-in-law, but it didn’t go through too..

He said he began to panic and couldn’t control his emotion. In tears, he said he kept praying that his family would be safe.

22 year old Chinelo Huma, has been arrested by the Enugu State Police after she sold her one-month-old baby for N430,000 .The baby was sold to 43-year-old Ugochukwu who has been unable to conceive.

Chinelo told the Sun

"I am a prostitute. When I became pregnant and it was close to nine months, my boyfriend rejected it. I decided to sell the baby. When I gave birth on April 13, 2014, one lady whose name is Maria Asomba, arranged for the baby to be sold to Mrs. Nkechi Ugochukwu, and she paid N430, 000, but Asomba gave me N150,000.When the police arrested Ugochukwu, I told them I didn’t want the baby again, because I already have two children and my mother is taking care of them.

This morning I saw a tweet about this beautiful lady who lost her life in the Jos Bomb Blast on May 20..So I browsed through her timeline and couldn't hold back tears...Her name is Komolafe lydia Oludolapo,one of the 8 medical students of the University of Jos,who were caught up in the bomb blast.

She was so passionate about #Bringbackourgirls campaign..She never criticized the government over Boko Haram menace but called on all Nigerians to fight terrorism..She even tweeted about it at length.She was even shocked when she heard of the Nyanya bomb blast.. She was all about God, A die hard Chelsea fan.Yet, she died in the most gruesome manner one wouldn't wish on an enemy ..Her life has been cut short with her dreams buried and her family left in pain..See more of her touching tweets below
