Updates: More graphic pics from fatal accident in Onitsha

A Tanker laden with fuel which was coming from Awka and moving towards Asaba failed brake at the ever busy Asaba Park at Upper Iweka, Onitsha and exploded upon crashing into the park, burning more than 20 people beyond recognition and also burning 10 commercial buses parked at the park. Most of the dead bodies have been deposited at the Toronto Hospital Morgue by FRSC Officials.  See the photos after the cut but please be warned, it's Terrifying ...

RIP Beau !!!! The Son of US Vice President, Beau Biden, died on Saturday at age 46,

US Vice President's Son, Beau Biden Dies At 46 according to a statement by the White House. Joseph “Beau” Biden III, an Iraq War veteran who also served as the attorney general of Delaware died after battling brain cancer, the vice president’s office said. Beau Biden is the first child of a sitting president or vice president to die since Patrick Bouvier Kennedy passed away two days after his birth in 1963.

 Vice President Biden said in his statement, “More than his professional accomplishments, Beau measured himself as a husband, father, son and brother. His absolute honor made him a role model for our family. Beau embodied my father’s saying that a parent knows success when his child turns out better than he did.”

A Suicide bomber kills self and 16 others outside a mosque in Maiduguri

A suicide bomber has killed himself and 16 others outside a mosque in the Nigerian city Maiduguri. 

Trader Ali Bakomi said the bomber was pushing a wheelbarrow and then joined a crowd of people in front of the mosque in the biggest city in Nigeria's troubled northeast.

Officials told Borno state Gov. Kashim Shettima that the bomber killed himself and 16 other people.

The bombing came hours after rocket-propelled grenades exploded into homes before dawn. They killed at least 13 people and injured more, according to resident Idrissa Mandara.

Timaya confirms he’s expecting his second child from his babymama

Timaya confirms another baby with same ‘Babymama’ ...  and mother of his first child. The self styled ‘Egberi papa’ said in a recent interview with HipTv news that, ‘I love my daughter Emmanuella so much and yes, I would be having another child soon and from the same woman.’ Timaya’s confirmation validates our earlier report in April where he declined to comment on the issue.
