Meet the Syrian man who walked into his own Funeral

God is wonderful !!! A Syrian man witnessed his own funeral after pulling himself out from a mountain of rubble where he had survived for 36 hours. It was believed that Mohammed Rayhan was among 117 people who had died when government forces shelled the market place in Douma, just over six miles north east of Damascus.

A suburban New York man who allowed his unlicensed 15-year-old daughter to drive an SUV that crashed in Pennsylvania's Pocono Mountains, killing three of her friends, has been sentenced to 16 years in prison.

Michael Ware, 54, was given a lengthy sentence partly because he lied to investigators about giving his daughter the keys, allowing her to shoulder all the blame for the crash.

Wayne County President Judge Ray Hamill branded his behavior 'reckless, stupid and selfish.'

He blasted him asking: 'What kind of father does this?'

A Rivers State High court has given Green Light to Governor Wike to probe Amaechi’s Administration

                            

A Rivers State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, yesterday August 20th dismissed the suit filed by former governor of the state, Chibuike Amaechi, challenging the judicial commission of enquiry set up by the incumbent governor, Nyesom Wike to  probe the sale of state assets during Amaechi's administration.At the hearing of the suit filed by Amaechi, the presiding judge, Justice Simeon Amadi, stated that contrary to Amaechi's assumption, the Commission of Enquiry was not established to investigate his personal activities while in government but was set up to investigate activities of his government as it affected the people of the state and that there was no law against a state government probing how her resources was used by a previous administration.

President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Aliyu Yahaya Gusau as the new Director General of Budget office of the Federation, Nigeria Ministry of Finance has said. Marshall Gundu, director of press and public relations of the ministry of finance who signed the statement said he was appointed on the 18th of August, 2015 with a renewable term of four years.
