Army Captain Cries For Justice After His Daughter Was Fatally Stabbed to Death In Her Campus Room(Photos)

 Captain Dailyman Oduru of the Nigerian Army has taken to Facebook to cry for justice for his daughter Rachel, who was stabbed to the death in her room around 4am on Monday March 21,  by unknown assailants on campus. Before her tragic demise the pretty damsel was a 100 level student of Niger Delta University, Amasoma, Bayelsa state.

God is Angry With Buhari - Governor Fayose

 Following the violence and maiming that characterized last Saturday's rerun election in Rivers state, Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose, says God is angry with President Buhari.

 Fayose said this while speaking with newsmen in Abuja yesterday March 22nd. He said:

"I am telling you the truth. Power doesn’t come from anywhere. God rules in the affairs of men. Oppressing, bringing and cutting people down, taking their blood, God is angry. The way this government is taking people down, God is angry. God isn’t happy. Go to Rivers, they kill people. Go to Akwa Ibom, they kill people. Go to Bayelsa, they kill people, incarcerate innocent people. God is angry with Buhari. 

You can’t continue to take the blood of the innocent. Look at my predictions for the year 2016 for Nigeria, everything has come to pass. This is a different ball game. He that will take me, he that will go against me must first of all defeat God. If these were the kind of violence that greeted Buhari’s election would he ever be president?”he said

Finally : Kidnapped Uncle of Former President, Goodluck Jonathan Regains His Freedom

 Inegite Jonathan, 72, the old uncle of former President, Goodluck Jonathan, who was abducted at his residence in Otuoke, Ogbia LGA of Bayelsa on February 17th, regained his freedom yesterday March 22nd. ‎Pa Jonathan was kidnapped at his residence in Otuoke, Ogbia LGA of Bayelsa alongside his 35-year-old relative, Samuel Oki, who was later killed by the abductors.‎

Pa Jonathan was first kidnapped in February 28th 2014 in his house and was freed by security agents, at Akipli Community in Ogbia on March 10, 2014 only to be kidnapped again this year.

Man Who Killed a Policeman Sentenced to Death by Hanging(Photo)

 Jackson Feutubobai, pictured above, was today sentenced to death by hanging by a Bayelsa state High court for murdering one Inspector Joseph Ofozini in Lobia II community in the Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State on April 5th 2013.

 ‎Jackson was part of a gang that killed 11 police officers on the day of the incident.

The Presiding Judge, Justice M.A. Ayemieye while delivering her judgment, said that the sentence is mandatory for those accused of murder.

Commenting on the death sentence, the State prosecuting counsel, Arthur Andrew Seweniowor, said if jackson fails to appeal in the next three months, the state governor, Seriake dickson will sign his death warrant. Jackson's counsel, Efieseimokumo Bipeledei, had earlier appealed with the court to temper justice with mercy, saying the accused person is a family man who has five children dependent on him.

Mr. Bipeledei urged the court to reduce the sentence to imprisonment.

 This morning, Comedienne Lepacious Bose took to her Instagram page to slam celebs for abandoning Nomoreloss who died yesterday March 21st and only celebrating him after his death. Music star Azadus took to the NETng's Instagram page to disagree with her over her conclusion. He wrote;

"May his soul Rest in peace but i totally disagree with Lepacious Bose. Not having his number or keeping in touch doesn't make him less of anybody's friend, it also doesn't mean we don't wish each other well. 

When my friend refuse to check me up, or the other way round, it simply means they believe i'm doing pretty good. It was this same way when i heard he got a deal in Yanky and i personally had a chat wiv him in celebration of his achievement. I even spoke wiv the guy who signed him. See, i'll rather put the blame on people who knew abt his dilapidating health but won't speak out. You could have said this same thing when he was alive.
