The national leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party said it did not offer a bribe of N6bn to some Christian leaders for the purpose of helping President Goodluck Jonathan to win the February 14 presidential election.

The PDP’s National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Olisa Metuh, spoke at a press briefing in Abuja on Wednesday,slamming Amaechi, who is also the Governor of Rivers State for his allegation

Metuh said,

 “Pastors are revered people and to bring their character into .disrepute is a sin before God. We do not think anybody, let alone somebody who is a Christian, can make such a statement.

“We challenge the Director General of the APC to name such pastors and where the money is coming from.

John Dumelo survives car accident on his 31st birthday

The actor's black jeep was barged by an unidentified man in Ghana today, Ghanaian super star John Dumelo is safe and sound after suffering a minor car accident in Ghana, today, February 3. The popular actor who is also celebrating his birthday today posted a picture of the accident on his Instagram around 9:34am, with the caption:

"The devil is a liar... Some dude just ran into me. At least let me celebrate my birthday finish eh."

The actor didn't allow the accident to sway his birthday plans. He announced that the party still goes on careless the little obstacle on the road. He wrote:
