She claims she hasn't done surgery but she is still very keen on looking perfect for herself and Kanye.On last night's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim and her BFF Jonathan Cheban visit plactic surgeon Dr. Simon Ourian, complaining about her 'wrinkly' hands.She also got laser laser treatment on her breast to help to reduce stretch marks..more pix

Although i seriously doubt this would be her last surgery...... many more surgeries to come kim k lol
