This is a careless act call me judgmental if you like.... where were his parents? and how long was it before someone found the child?....... This is just so unfair ti the innocent child . This is the little boy that was attacked by two dogs at his home in Igando, Lagos on September 25th, ...the dogs literally ate his scalp. The police say they are waiting for court order before euthanizing the dogs. God give his parents strength. we keep praying for you Abraham.....
