Why RIP someone who is still Alive... Cosmo Magazine slammed for using black celebs for 'Beauty Don'ts & White models for 'Beauty do's''

Cosmopolitan magazine came under fire for using black women to portray fashion don't and white women to portray 'fashion do's'. The beauty feature called "21 Beauty Trends That Need to Die in 2015," had he majority of black women featured in the "R.I.P."..

In contrast,every woman featured in the "Hello Gorgeous" column seems to be white, except for Nicole Richie, who is biracial.



 Readers took to Twitter to slam the magazine,and following the backlash, an editor's note  was posted to the article today:

"This article focuses on beauty trends with images that represent those trends. Some images have been taken out of context, and we apologize for any offense. Celebrating all women is our mission, and we will continue to work hard to do that.

Apology not accepted.... Its obvious the magazine is discriminatory in their choices of fashion fail and pass... because I see absolutely nothing wrong with the blacks I see here
