Hon. Victoria Nyeche reportedly stormed into the Hallowed Chambers of the Rivers State Assembly today, demanding to be sworn in immediately.
Hon. Nyeche of All Progressive Congress, APC, was last year declared winner of the House of Assembly election in Phalga Constituency 1.
