Former World's Heaviest Man dies after years of being confined to a bed


Former World's heaviest man died at the age of 48 after being confined to his bed for years and unable to walk on his own.Manuel Uribe who had a record peak weight of 1,230 pounds, certified in 2006 as a Guinness World Record only left his home once for his wedding ceremony in 2008.


An official said Uribe had been taken to the hospital with a crane by emergency and civil defense workers,because of an abnormal heartbeat.
