25 year old student from Congo named Elfi was shopping at Sandton City mall Johannesburg in South Africa on Wednesday June 3rd when the ceiling collapsed and fell on her foot. People have been complaining about the general state of the mall, claiming that the roof is leaking, that there's not enough air and the management haven't done anything about it.. SA people, biko fix your roof so this doesn't happen again.
