I am actually not a fan of celebrity relationships. I don’t know how others feel about it, but for me I am not a big fan of it. I just think it is a lot of headache. You are both in the same line of work. Who calms who?So it’s a lot of madness already and we are both in it and we are both running around. It doesn’t work for me.

According to Daily Sun, the suspects, among them, a medical doctor, were arrested after Faith Nuhu, kidnapped three of her sister’s children but ended up selling two of them at N600,000 to one Evelyn Ojiaku, who operates an illegal maternity home at Owerri, Imo State.

Landlord allegedly stabs his tenant over a girl in Edo

Doctors at the Central Hospital in Benin City are battling to save the life of one Alex Aigbogun who was stabbed in the stomach by his landlord, simply identified as Enogieru.

The victim was brought to the hospital at about 9:00am Wednesday by policemen in a Hilux van.

Eyewitnesses said the incident occurred at about 12:00midnight, but the victim’s family has no vehicle or money to take him to the hospital.

A neighbor to the victim said police told them there was no fuel in their vehicle to convey the victim to the hospital and that was why the victim was covered with cloth till daybreak.

30-year-old Beninoise, Samuel Francis, stabbed to death 35-year-old Clement Houme, during a scuffle for a birthday pig. PUNCH Metro learnt that Samuel had been contracted by a relative of the deceased, identified as Victoria, to kill the pig for her birthday celebration.On arriving at the Abule area with his brother, Jeff Francis, the deceased was reported to have challenged them on where they got the pig from. Huome reportedly accused them of stealing the pig.

Our correspondent learnt that an argument ensued among the three men, and in the ensuing scuffle, Samuel stabbed the victim with the knife he brought to slaughter the pig.

Traditional Herbal Doctor sells 1 week old baby for N300,000

Lagos state police have arrested Mr. Olawale Onalaja, a traditional-medicine doctor for allegedly selling a one week-old baby to a couple Dele and Oluwakemi Ayangbile, for N300,000 in Iyana Ipaja, Lagos.

It was learnt that the 29 year old mother of the baby, Idiat Babatunde, had her baby on September 5th. Then on Sept 13th, she had a misunderstanding with her Husband, Akinola Babatunde, and because she had to travel to school for her convocation, she took the 8 days old baby to Onalaja, who was supposed  to be a family friend and asked him to watch the infant until she returned from school, a Polytechnic in Osun State.

However, as soon as she left, he contacted the Ayangbiles and sold the baby to them for N300,000.

Five suspected members who Specialize In Sneaking Nigerian Girls to Dubai For Prostitution Arrested

                                       

Female Gang of a human trafficking ring, paraded by the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, NAPTIP, have confessed to taking two Nigerian girls to Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, to become commercial sex workers.

They also admitted that they recorded the girls’ nude videos while they were taking oaths.

It was learnt that the suspects ─ Blessing Gabriel, 25; Precious Ejiro-Owoh, 29; Rose Gabriel, 25; Priscilla Bassey, 33; and 38-year-old Terry Smooth ─ were apprehended by the agency on September 8, 2015, while one of their victims, identified only as Ann, had been rescued.

Two middle-aged women are being held by the Nakuru police for raping their gym instructor after they sedated him during a training session, News24 reports. According to police reports, the two women drugged the male gym instructor before sexually assaulting him inside the training facility on Tuesday morning in Nakuru, Kenya.

Nigerian Ambassador to the US, Adebowale Ibidapo Adefuye who died suddenly on August 27th in the US has been buried. He was buried in Lagos last week Friday. A funeral service was held at the Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina, Lagos where family members and friends eulogized the late envoy.
