The change from being young couples to being parents is not always easy. Usually parents realizes there is barely time for them compared to when no there was no baby involved. Your conjugal life changes, you have to combine your daily livelihood and family affairs and also find a way to start learning about bringing up children.
BeyondSayWithBella recommends that young expecting mothers read the book BABYSHOCK

Things to keep in mind once you give birth
1, Communication: always talk to your partner constantly as well as parents- you will find out the older ones might have experienced such conflicting feelings and would be in the best position to advice and give useful guidelines.
2, Support: the husband and wife need to support each other through the process take turns in caring for the child take time out and have quality time
3, Kindness: be kind to each other and the love flowing between the two of you will extend to the child parents try to rest properly studies has shown that lack of sleep causes intolerance and frayed tempers.
4, Sleeping separately: can help at least one parent from falling apart keeping in mind you don’t sleep apart for to long and get used to staying apart for too long NOTE: it is important for couples to slee together
